Bowie Hogg is the Public Sector - RVP for Hinge Health, the largest digital physical therapy provider in the nation. Mr. Hogg leads all Federal, State Activecare Plans, Retirement plans, and Public Universities for half of the United States. Bowie has worked with public sector clients across the country from federal plans, state plans, K-12 institutions, universities, counties, and small municipalities. His specialties are based around digital health benefit programs, ERP system transition, benefits administration, dependent audits, navigation/advocacy services, spending account services, compliance, and other health and wealth solutions. Bowie received his business degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. To enhance his professional service and give back to his community, Bowie also currently serves as a City Councilman since 2022, representing the 405,000 residents of Arlington, TX, the 49th largest city in the US and home of the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, and third largest University in Texas. Bowie previously served his community for 14 years as an elected trustee to the 62nd largest school district in the county, the Arlington Independent School District, where the district was awarded Board of the Year, while Bowie served as President. Mr. Hogg was also named the 2024, State and Local Government Benefits Association, Associate Member of the Year. Mr. Hogg is proud of his service to his community and professional life, but most proud of his wife, Leslie, and two daughters, Helen and Ellis.
