Elizabeth Holleb, CPA

Elizabeth Holleb is the Finance Director and Treasurer for the Village of Lincolnwood, Illinois, having joined Village staff in June 2025.  She is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 35 years of work experience in municipal finance.  Previous employers include the Government Finance Officers Association and municipalities in the states of Illinois, Nevada and Washington.
In January 2020, Elizabeth was appointed by Governor Pritzker to the Illinois Police Officers Pension Investment Fund Transition Board as a Municipal Representative and was subsequently elected to the Permanent Board effective January 2021, serving through December 2024.  In September 2024, she completed an elected term as President of the Illinois Government Finance Officers Association.  Previous professional contributions include serving in various capacities on the IGFOA Executive Board, as a member of the GFOA Education Advisory Council, GFOA Budget and Fiscal Policy Committee, and the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency’s Board of Directors.  She also served as Chair of the Illinois Metropolitan Investment Fund Board of Trustees.  She is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association and the Illinois GFOA.
