Elizabeth Holleb is the Finance Director and Treasurer for the City of Lake Forest, Illinois, having joined the City in June of 2012.  She has a BS in Accounting from Ball State University and is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of work experience in municipal finance.  Current professional contributions include serving on the GFOA Education Advisory Council, the Illinois Police Officers Pension Investment Fund Board and the Illinois GFOA Executive Board.  She previously served on the GFOA Governmental Budgeting and Fiscal Policy Committee.
