Erica Huddle

Erica Huddle currently works as the Member Operations Manager at GFOA. Erica started at GFOA in 2015. She has previously held other positions within GFOA, all focused on membership, data entry, training, and customer service. Erica started her current role in 2022 which involves facilitating improvements for members and staff alike using our engagement membership system (IMIS). She also supervises a team of Membership Coordinators and can answer questions regarding new memberships, changes or updates to any GFOA membership. Helping members gain new knowledge and skills through GFOA that will benefit both themselves and their agency is important to her. Erica Huddle has a degree in hospitality and graduated from Bowling Green State University. She resides in Chicago, IL.
