Hunter Maats is the co-founder and CEO of Resilience Investments, a technologized asset management firm dedicated to accelerating resilience across the built environment. Resilience helps institutional investors leverage climate risk, utility, demographic and other data to assess the likely future performance of portfolios and drive the reallocation towards more resilient portfolios that can deliver superior risk/return profiles. Previously, Hunter and much of his team were at Ethic Investing, a sustainable asset manager with $7B AUM, which used a similar model in public equities.
