Erin Hyder is the Managing Director of Internal & Cultural Services for the City Durango overseeing and the leading the Human Resources, City Clerk's Office, Information Technology, Risk and Library departments.

Prior to joining the City of Durango, Erin spent 20 years in the ski industry leading the people function for a large, multi-resort ski operations organization.

Erin graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
