Rosalyn Impink is Budget Director for the Town of Lexington, Massachusetts, the birthplace of American liberty and one of Greater Boston’s top destinations for public education and quality of life. She oversees the development and implementation of a $300 million general fund budget and $30 million annual capital plan, serving nearly 35,000 residents with a focus on transparency, sustainability, and accountability.

Rosalyn holds a degree in Policy Studies and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. She is an active participant in Women Leading Government Massachusetts, manages the young professionals employee group, and plays for the town staff softball team, the Lexington Municipals.
