Jeff has been a director at the City of Mississauga since 1992. Starting in 2015, Jeff worked closely with his management team to change the perception of Finance in the City from historical accountants to trusted financial advisors providing excellent customer service both to the taxpayer and internally. This new focus for Finance was instrumental in his divisions ability to support Mississauga throughout COVID-19.

Jeff is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Master of Business Administration from York University in Toronto. He has two grandchildren with a third on the way.
