Gregory has worked in the governmental sector for over 19 years. He is currently an Assistant Director for Raleigh Water with the primary responsibility of Customer Care and Billing. Raleigh Water provides water to over 600,000 people in Raleigh and 6 other jurisdictions. Prior to this position, he worked at the Town of Cary as the Revenue Manager. During his time, he oversaw the second half of the Town's $17 million AMI project that touched more than 65,000 households as well as launched an online payment site that handles approximately 50% of the utility payments. He is also a NCGFOA Certified Local Government Finance Officer.
