Qiujian (Jean) is a manager in GFOA's Technical Services Center (TSC). She performs final reviews of all types of Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports of state and local governments. She also handles technical inquiries and reviews Popular Annual Financial Reports. Qiujian received a Bachelor degree in Accounting from University of Illinois at Chicago and joined GFOA in 2009.
