JR Rembert

John "JR" Rembert joins GFOA with more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, logistics, and office operations across a variety of professional services organizations in Chicago. Most recently, he served as a Facilities Coordinator at Plante Moran, where he supported daily office operations, managed logistics and vendor coordination, and ensured a seamless and welcoming workplace environment for staff and clients alike.

Prior to that, JR held several roles with the American Osteopathic Association, including Facilities Manager, where he oversaw budgets, vendor relationships, office logistics, and operational improvements. He brings to GFOA a strong track record of enhancing efficiency, supporting staff needs, and maintaining high-functioning workspaces.
