Mr. Kamradt is the Director of Finance at WaterOne with 25 years of finance experience at WaterOne. WaterOne is a triple “A” rated water utility that serves a population of approximately 450,000 who live in 17 different municipalities in Johnson County, KS.

Mr. Kamradt has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rockhurst University, and a Master of Science in Finance from Webster University. He is a Certified Public Finance Officer, a Certified Treasury Professional, and a Certified Financial Planning & Analysis Professional. He is a member of the Governmental Finance Officers Association, American Water Works Association (AWWA), and the Association of Financial Professionals. He is a member of the Rates and Charges Committee of AWWA and is currently co-authoring the Eighth Edition of the M1 Manual, Principles of Water Rates, Fees, and Charges.
