Ken Natale

Ken Natale is a Certified Public Finance Officer with 17 years experience in local government finance across Maryland and Delaware. He currently serves as the Comptroller for the Municipal Services Commission of the City of New Castle, an independent agency responsible for the City's water and electric distribution systems. 

Beyond his role at the MSC, Ken holds several key advisory positions. He is an Alternate Director and member of the Finance Committee of the the Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation, a joint action agency representing municipal electric utilities in the state. He serves on the Finance and Claims Committees of the DeLa Founders Insurance Trust, Delaware's cooperative workers compensation self-insurance pool for governmental entities. And somehow Ken finds the time to volunteer as an ACFR reviewer for GFOA's certificate of achievement program.
