I’m a dedicated public servant with 25 years of experience serving the City of Savannah. Throughout my distinguished career, I’ve demonstrated a strong commitment to financial stewardship, operational excellence, and community impact within municipal government especially in Public Safety.

I hold a Doctorate in Advanced Accounting, this broadened my knowledge in public finance, budgeting, and fiscal accountability. My work reflects a passion for ensuring transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in government operations, particularly in support of public safety and city services.

I’m an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA), where I continue to engage in professional development and contribute to advancing best practices in public administration and finance.

My legacy is rooted in service, leadership, and integrity, I remain committed to strengthening the financial foundation within my community and mentoring the next generation of public sector leaders.
