Larry L. Day II
Managing Director, Daylight Capital Advisors
Larry L. Day II is managing director of Daylight Capital Advisors and has served as financial advisor for several cities, counties, authorities, school districts and airports. His experience includes taxable, tax exempt, competitive and negotiated sales as well as an array of refunding and debt restructuring issues for clients. Before Daylight Capital Advisors, Larry held positions as debt and wealth manager at Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Tougaloo College and a Master of Arts in Finance from Webster University. Larry is also an instructor of finance at Jackson State University where he advises students on academic and career issues. In his role as instructor, Larry prepares and delivers lectures to undergraduate students on topics such as municipal finance, commercial banking, financial accounting, personal finance and business finance. Larry also serves as an adjunct instructor at other historically black colleges and universities.
