From the boardroom to the Situation Room, Laura Galante is a recognized leader in intelligence, cyber, and national security affecting digital and critical infrastructure. From 2022 to 2025, she served as the U.S. Intelligence Community’s Cyber Executive, reporting to the Director of National Intelligence and leading the federal cyber center coordinating responses to major cyber incidents across 18 intelligence agencies. She also advised the National Security Council, testified before Congress, and chaired the Cyber Strategy Board.

Previously, Laura held senior executive roles in the cybersecurity industry, including leading Mandiant’s Global Intelligence business, directing an international task force on hybrid threats, and working closely with European governments to strengthen incident response capabilities.

Today, Laura advises technology, AI, and threat-intelligence companies and infrastructure investors. As a Principal at WestExec, she guides security firms on market expansion and supports boards on resilience and risk governance. She also serves as the Principal Advisor, Cyber Threats and Intelligence, at WireSafe, a transaction security platform.
