Levi Gibson

Levi currently serves as the Budget and Finance Director for the City of Glendale, Arizona, and oversees critical financial operations, including financial reporting, payroll, grants management, procurement, tax and business licensing, and customer service. He advises the city’s executive leadership on fiscal health, coordinates debt issuances, and ensures compliance with internal and external audits.

Previously, as Finance Director for Pinal County, Arizona, Levi managed a team of 24 professionals and directed all aspects of the county’s financial operations, including procurement, grants, and debt management. His efforts included representing the county in cross-border economic development initiatives as part of the Arizona-Mexico Commission.

Levi has also worked as Chief Deputy Treasurer of Pinal County, where he managed a $250 million investment portfolio, and Senior Auditor with the Arizona Office of the Auditor General, where he conducted compliance audits and assessed internal controls. His private sector experience includes tax accounting and auditing roles with Hinton, Burdick, Hall & Spilke, PLLC, and McGladrey & Pullen, LLP.
