Levi Gibson

Levi currently serves as the Budget and Finance Director for the City of Glendale, Arizona, and oversees critical financial operations, including financial reporting, payroll, grants management, procurement, tax and business licensing, and customer service. Levi advises the city’s executive leadership on fiscal health, coordinates debt issuances, and ensures compliance with internal and external audits.

Previously, as Finance Director for Pinal County, Arizona, Levi managed a team of 24 professionals and directed all aspects of the county’s financial operations, including procurement, grants, and debt management. Levi also represented the county in cross‑border economic development initiatives as part of the Arizona‑Mexico Commission.

Levi’s prior roles include serving as Chief Deputy Treasurer of Pinal County, where Levi managed a $250 million investment portfolio, and as Senior Auditor with the Arizona Office of the Auditor General, where Levi conducted compliance audits and assessed internal controls. In the private sector, Levi held tax accounting and auditing roles with Hinton, Burdick, Hall & Spilke, PLLC, and McGladrey & Pullen, LLP.
