Lindsay Stowell

Lindsay is a leader of RJA’s Advisory practice with over 23 years of finance and advisory experience. She brings extensive expertise in real estate portfolio analysis, economic feasibility, financial analysis, transaction and procurement structuring and P3 execution and negotiations. Lindsay has led assignments worth over $4B in capital value covering a diverse set of assets for education institutions. Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Johns Hopkins University where she earned her Bachelors in Finance and Masters in International Economics, respectively.
