Jean Lu has over 9 years of experience in government accounting. She joined the City of Tulsa in June 2012. As the Accounting Manager, she oversees the preparation of periodic internal and external financial reports for various Trusts and Authorities and coordination of preparation of the City-wide annual financial report. She also manages City-wide debt transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. Jean Lu holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. She has received the designation of CPA and CPFO.
