Maggie Cicco

Maggie Cicco is a Research Fellow at the Edunomics Lab at Georgetown University. Her work focuses on identifying trends in K–12 education finance and evaluating how policy decisions at various levels affect funding and resources in schools. Maggie has previously worked at the Senate Education Committee and for the Massachusetts Secretary of Education where she specialized in STEM and career education programs. Maggie taught middle school math at independent and charter schools in New Orleans and New York City. Maggie joins Edunomics with a Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Certificate in Education Finance from Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy, and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
