Mark Romito is the Director of Finance for the Township of Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania. He has over 20 years of experience in and around municipal and school finance, including roles with the Municipality of Bethel Park, Pittsburgh School District, and Maher Duessel CPAs. Mark is a member of the GFOA’s Committee on Treasury & Investment Management, and currently serves as president-elect of the GFOA of Pennsylvania. Mark has also been an adjunct professor teaching graduate courses in public financial management at the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.
