Brooke Morris

Brooke is the Assistant Finance Director for Grants for the City of Myrtle Beach, where she manages more than 25 active grants and oversees two City grant programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Public Administration from Liberty University. With nearly 5 years of experience in grant management, Brooke began her grant writing and management career at a Council of Governments in 2021. She also brings prior law enforcement experience, which contributes to her strong practical and compliance-focused approach to grants administration and public finance.
