Nancy Fox

Nancy Fox is a Senior Policy Analyst in the District of Columbia’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). Within OCFO’s Office of Finance and Treasury, Nancy administers all aspects of the District’s $500 million tax increment financing (TIF) portfolio, including underwriting, issuance, and debt management. Nancy’s work with the OCFO also includes advising on other economic development financings, such as the District’s Ballpark revenue bonds, analysis of public-private partnership (P3) arrangements such as the District’s Streetlights P3 delivery, and evaluation of tax abatement and exemption proposals.

Nancy’s career has focused on public investment strategies that support economic growth and equitable development. Prior to working at the OCFO, Nancy worked as a Principal with BAE Urban Economics, consulting with public sector entities on economic development, infrastructure finance, and housing initiatives. Earlier in her career, Nancy worked on urban revitalization initiatives for several public sector and non-profit entities in New Jersey. She is a graduate of Vassar College and holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Michigan.
