Eva Olsaker joined GFOA in 2005 and is now Director of Consulting in the Research and Consulting Center.  In this role, Eva leads the consulting team on process improvement, organization assessments, and ERP selection and advisory projects.  Eva brings years of experience in technology and management consulting projects, specializing in, organizational reviews, technology needs assessments and business case reviews, business process analysis, software selection methodologies, and implementation advisory assistance.  Eva manages projects for both large and small governments, with an emphasis on improving organizations business processes.

Prior to joining GFOA she served as a senior consultant with a private management-consulting firm for ten years.  Eva consulted with private and public sector organizations to implement customer relationship management software, improve business processes, productivity and methodologies.  Eva has a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Political Science from Ball State University.
