Pam is leading the redevelopment of Mueller on behalf of the City of Austin. Mueller is a public-private partnership to redevelop the 700-acre former municipal airport into an urban, mixed-use and sustainable community for the City of Austin. She is a redevelopment project manager and a registered landscape architect and worked in private practice for 13 years in land planning and landscape architecture before joining the City of Austin in 1997. Pam has worked exclusively with the Mueller project since 1999, seeing it through the master planning process, master developer selection, negotiations, zoning, and ongoing implementation.
