My professional career has focused on public finance, beginning with my time at the GFOA’s Government Finance Research Center in the mid-1980’s where I worked in the GFRC’s financial advisory unit under John Petersen.  After leaving the GFRC I served as financial advisor with both national and regional financial advisory firms and maintained several client relationships over multiple decades with a focus on western state bond bank programs. Following a brief retirement, I now coordinate the debt issuance process for a former client, the New Mexico Finance Authority.
