Amanda Richter is a Vice President, Senior Analyst for the San Francisco Local Governments Ratings Team covering credits across the Western U.S. She is the state lead for Washington and Idaho local governments. Prior to joining Moody’s, Amanda was SVP and Director of Fixed Income Credit Research at First Republic Investment Management. She holds a MPA in Public Finance from NYU Wager and a BBA from the University of Portland, Oregon. She is also a returned Peace Corps Volunteer.
