Sarah is the Senior Program Manager for the Clear Language Lab at Literacy Works, a Chicago-based non-profit. She works with a wide range of organizations to create materials that their audience can understand and use through training facilitation, consulting, and materials development.

Before joining Literacy Works, Sarah taught adult ESL and her experiences with adult learners deeply informs how she thinks about communication. Through this work she hopes to make information accessible and usable for all who need it.
