Sheanna Gomes is a manager with Pew’s state fiscal health project. She researches and analyzes state fiscal policy and provides policymakers with informed analysis and guidance that supports long-term budget sustainability. Before joining Pew, Gomes provided budget and policy analysis for the commonwealth of Virginia. Gomes holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s in public administration from Old Dominion University.
