Craig Stroud, CPA has led the Oregon Convention Center as Executive Director for the past six years. During this period, OCC achieved record levels of events and business activity prior to the pandemic and completed a $40 million renovation. Prior to joining OCC, he served in multiple roles at the Oregon Zoo over a 10-year period concluding his time as Deputy Director for Operations where led all guest facing operations, including major events such as ZooLights, one of Portland’s favorite winter festivals, and the zoo’s popular summer concert series. Craig was born and raised in Oregon and is a graduate of Oregon State University with an accounting degree. He serves on the Travel Portland, Sport Oregon, GoLloyd, and Lloyd Enhanced Service District boards.
