Ben Walker

Ben Walker is GFOA's Education Systems Administrator. He joined the organization in 2006 and held various Information Technology positions prior to transitioning to his current role in 2022. As the Education Systems Administrator, Ben oversees the maintenance, administration, and configuration of GFOA’s education-specific technology platforms, ensuring members have seamless access to all training and related materials. He holds a BA in Art History from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with minors in Classics, European Studies, and East Asian Studies. He lives in Chicago with his wife and son.
