Terri began serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Douglas County, Nevada in 2018 after spending over 20 years in municipal finance in California.  She has worked for various cities and counties, including the City and County of Riverside; the cities of Barstow and Menifee and finally as the Finance Director for San Bernardino Municipal Water Department.  Terri graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting Concentration) and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.   

Terri is married, and has one adult daughter who lives in San Diego.  In her free time, Terri enjoys outdoor activities such as running, cycling and swimming and many recreational activities available in Northern Nevada.  She is also an avid Peloton enthusiast.
