With thirty-five years of public sector experience, Cindy Scymanski, purchasing manager, brings a practical, knowledgeable approach to her work in the City of Loveland’s Procurement division. She has worked to strengthen purchasing practices, improve vendor access, and ensure that public dollars are spent efficiently and transparently. Cindy has supported staff and community partners through guidance and an understanding of procurement policy.
