Donna Silva

Donna's leadership has helped transform the district over the past decade. When she arrived, the district had undergone numerous leadership changes and was struggling financially. Donna successfully implemented a new ERP system and introduced accounting policies and procedures that stabilized the district’s operations. Donna promotes a positive work environment and as Senior Accountant Entela Fallstead notes, “Donna is always open and looks forward to employees that want to learn and grow.” Donna’s dedication, intelligence, and leadership have earned her the respect of her staff, management, and board members alike.
