Over the course of one week, GFOA presenters will discuss individual best practices, current trends, and implementation considerations. This training will provide finance professionals in all types of organizations a better understanding of best practices across a wide array of topics and will include interactive elements for attendees to conduct a self-assessment, discuss their results, and learn from each other. Each session will highlight 1-2 best practices, a best practice implementation case study, and a checklist you can use to assess your organization’s practices.
