WPFN Virtual Networking Hour - April 22, 2021

The virtual networking event will be facilitated by a WPFN member to discuss issues of work and life as a woman public finance officer. Continuing our WPFN virtual networking events, in April we will have a discussion and share tips to reinvent your career, to have career confidence, and to focus on your career. How have you put yourself in a position for promotion? How do you show confidence? How do you sell yourself? Do you have any tips on creative ways to learn new skills? Have you participated in any special projects that enhanced your career?

During this virtual networking event, we'll introduce these questions and then move into small breakout rooms to allow participants to share ideas. We are hosting the event on Zoom and you will be able to launch the event from GFOA's learning management system. While video isn't required, it's so much better if we can see faces, so please enable your webcam, if possible. Life is happening around you? No problem, we understand!
