Jamie Norman

Jamie Norman advanced from budget analyst to director of finance through dedication and proven leadership. One of her most impactful transformations was designing a budgeting tool that allows county leaders to explore real-time financial scenarios and make informed, data-driven decisions. Assistant County Administrator Shannon Todd highlighted another side: “Jamie also understands the importance of supporting a positive work environment and makes FUN a priority. She regularly introduces small office games to foster collaboration and break up the routine of day-to-day tasks.” Jamie is a graduate of the Horry County Leadership Development Program, the Local Government Leadership Institute, and both levels of the South Carolina Association of Counties’ Institute of Government.
