Water Employee Services Authority (WESA) is seeking a skilled and innovative leader who can thrive in an environment wherein its leaders solve complex, multi-department challenges as one team.
The Assistant General Manager of Business Services leads a multidisciplinary team of approximately fifty-five (55) employees, with primary focus on the organization's Budget, Finances and Accounting, Customer Service and Community Relations, and Information Technology. This leadership role provides the opportunity to:
Guide operational strategy for a high-performing regional water utility
Advance major capital and infrastructure initiatives
Support workforce development and organizational performance
Foster innovation in water resource management and service delivery
Collaborate closely with governing boards, agency partners, and community stakeholders
