The CFO is responsible for planning and coordinating all financial transactions, forecasting and budgeting, debt and cash management; as well as internal audit, investments and grants management, payroll, revenue collection, risk  management and pension administration. BA in Finance, Accounting or related field required, MA and/or CPA preferred. Local/State government financial mangement experience highly desired. Ten years of progressively more responsible financial management preferred, with at least four years in a supervisory role.
