This is executive managerial responsibilities directing the fiscal activities for the City. Work involves overseeing collection, custody, and disbursement of public funds, payroll, and income tax; maintaining municipal accounting records; managing and providing advice on investments; coordinating and executing all bond issues; oversight and participation in decision-making during the budget development.
