The Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) is seeking a dynamic Finance Director to lead a high-performing finance team in its mission to create a connected, resilient, equitable, and user-friendly transportation system for the region. Your Role: As Finance Director, you’ll oversee VCTC’s financial operations, from budgeting to investment oversight, ensuring fiscal compliance and transparency. You’ll also collaborate closely with VCTC’s leadership to guide financial strategy and contribute to key decisions that shape the county’s transportation future.

Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a forward-thinking finance professional with at least five years in a senior finance role, ideally in transportation or a related field. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, outstanding communication skills, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a collaborative approach to leadership.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $149,249 - $231,336
