Finance Officer

The City of North Liberty has an opening for a full-time Finance Officer. Position responsibilities include coordinating the City’s financial activities including budget, payables, receivables, debt issuance, investments, and purchasing so the City of North Liberty meets their financial obligations and compliance. Must exhibit excellent knowledge of municipal finance.

Position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field of study with a minimum of five years of experience related to municipal finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Public Accountant preferred.
