Here's your chance to support our Finance Bureau by performing professional, independent research, analysis, and providing advice to management on operational systems, data, and/or processes designed to improve the conduct of business. The Financial Systems Analyst will serve as a System Administrator for four enterprise software systems. You will have the opportunity to provide functional software support to ensure applications operate in a manner that enables District staff to meet organizational goals and improve overall operational efficiency. This position will provide functional support for implementations. In addition, this position is responsible for serving as a functional expert for applications in all stages of development, testing, and production. You’ll have the chance to work with a wide range of teams in this promising position, each of which plays a vital role in our efforts to preserve our most valuable natural resources.

- Financial Systems Analyst 3: $50,460.80 - $68,673.94
- Financial Systems Analyst 4: $57,678.40 - $79,494.10
- Financial Systems Analyst 5: $62,316.80 - $85,879.29
Essential Functions
- Act as functional support for financial software implementations
- Act as Financial Systems software Project Manager
- Monitor project timelines to ensure that goals are met
- Review software release notes to determine if any new functionality should be implemented
- Test all existing and new functionality to ensure necessary operations can continue
- Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues for the financial applications
- When issues are reported, investigate the issue and provide a resolution
- Create documentation and provide training to various District staff for financial applications
- Serve as the System Administrator for core financial systems
- Create and edit financial systems reports
