General Accounting Manager

The General Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting and accounting activities for the Clerk of the Circuit Court (Clerk), Supervisor of Elections (SOE), and the Leon County Board of County Commissioners (Board). This position directs the day-to-day operations of staff engaged in fund and accrual accounting and related functions. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Occasional work beyond normal hours may be required to meet organizational deadlines.
