The Management Fellow Program is designed to help you explore your strengths, stretch your abilities, and have an impact through a two-year assignment in the County Executive Office. We are seeking innovative, curious, insightful, and dedicated individuals with a passion for public service to join our team.
Through the Management Fellow Program, recent graduates will have the opportunity to gain practical experience working in local government through involvement in high-priority projects, multi-department initiatives, and engagements on various County Executive Office teams. Management Fellows will have the opportunity to learn about all levels of government and assist in the delivery of exceptional services to the County of Santa Barbara residents and visitors.
As a Management Fellow with the County of Santa Barbara, working closely with the County Executive Officer and other executives, you will gain opportunities for career and personal growth as an emerging leader in the local government profession.
