Role of Department
The COIC Administration team support the overall goals of COIC by offering a variety of support services largely through the Fiscal and Human Resources teams: Budget oversight, A/P and A/R, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Training and Skills Development, HRIS Administration, and other employer related services. Software used for these functions includes Microsoft Office, Sage (Accounting and Payroll) and NeoGov (HRIS, Applicant Tracking, Time Keeping, etc).
The purpose of this role is to ensure the success of ongoing business-critical and limited duration administrative functions including execution of payroll and all supporting payroll tasks, leave of absence (LOA) administration, HRIS administration, and other projects as assigned. This is achieved through high level coordination and independent execution of tasks. This role is also responsible for providing additional professional administrative support in collaboration with the Executive Administrative Assistant.
