Performance & Budget Manager

The City of Largo is searching for a Performance and Budget Manager!

Do you have a passion for leading a strategy-driven, priority-based budget and capital improvement planning process? As the Performance & Budget Manager, you'll facilitate strategic and operational resource alignment through budget process management, financial planning and analysis, and performance management programs. This role advances the City’s High-Performance Organization leadership model, engaging team members in strategic financial decision-making through inclusive, broad-based financial planning and performance management efforts. You'll be at the forefront of strategy, performance measurement and data analysis, and budget process facilitation, development, and presentation.
