We’re hiring a full-time Sr. Manager, Secondary Market – Single Family for our Finance & Accounting Division.

As Sr. Manager, Secondary Market – Single Family, you will play a crucial role in managing loan programs that contribute to our mission.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary contact with Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac representatives for execution and compliance of those programs.
  • Leading the single family bond-issuance process, overseeing timelines, preparing bond offering documents, analyzing bond structures with bond underwriters, and monitoring compliance with bond yield requirements.
  • Preparing a variety of financial reports as requested to support various business activities, including bond issue profitability and mortgage loan origination, profitability, and prepayment trends.
  • Supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing management of risk exposure practices on the single-family servicing portfolio, including analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinating the preparation of annual cash flow analyses for all bond issues with the third-party financial advisor. Evaluating the results of such analysis and develops recommendations for the use of available resources.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Extensive experience with computerized financial and accounting systems.
  • Extensive experience with computerized spreadsheet, word processing, email, and calendar systems.
  • Expert written and oral English language communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to communicate with authority and with supervisors, senior staff, and peers.
  • Education: three years relevant work experience, Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Starting Pay: $70,800 - $88,500, dependent on relevant experience
