INTRODUCTION:

Human Resources will screen applications and supplemental questionnaires. The successful candidate may be required to pass a job-related physical evaluation.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented finance professional with experience or strong interest in public-sector Treasury operations including cash management, investments, and debt activities. The candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare accurate reports, reconciliations, and schedules that support Treasury activities and decisions. The candidate is organized, reliable, follows established internal controls, and understands the importance of safeguarding public funds through proper processes. The candidate has prior experience working with financial systems, including MS Excel, and can quickly learn new Treasury tools. The candidate communicates clearly and works effectively with management, finance staff, and external partners while meeting deadlines, along with a service-oriented approach to supporting LVVWD/SNWA Treasury operations.
