Judy Smith

Judy Smith has served as finance director for Jackson County Water & Sewerage Authority, Georgia, for nineteen years and is the current treasurer of the Jackson County Water Board. Under her management, the organization has received GFOA's Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for seventeen consecutive years. She is a longtime member of GFOA and the Georgia GFOA and currently serves on GFOA's Utility Finance Forum's Committee and the Georgia Association of Water Professionals’ Women Making Waves Committee.
