Katie Eviston

Katie Eviston, finance director for the City of Springfield, Ohio, was a core member of the steering committee for the city’s multi-year ERP system implementation, helping lead a smooth transition that improved operational efficiency, strengthened data transparency, and supported informed decision-making across departments. City Manager Bryan Heck notes, “Her stewardship of the City’s finances is not only defined by competence and integrity but also by a strategic vision that has transformed our operations for the better.” Katie’s contributions go beyond finance and beyond Springfield through her roles on the Ohio Plan Board of Directors, the RITA Board of Trustees, and in both GFOA and the Ohio GFOA.
